The first table of the Graphic Novel that Edoardo drew blew my mind. He was able to represent Freccia as I had imagined and described him in the opening pages of the novel. A word to those who have read it and those who will read it: inevitability.
Edoardo:
The first page of a comic is always the hardest: I had Freccia’s sense of loss etched into my mind from the description in the novel, the feelings that the main character has after realizing he is dead and in Hell. This table was the result of interpretation, imagination and direction. The panel that I prefer in this table is the second; Freccia is presented through his reflection: he is the first to see himself as a spirit.
